The Government intends to eliminate, in the future, any requirement for prior approval of public contracts by the Court of Auditors (TdC). This is clear from the explanatory memorandum of the bill submitted to Parliament this Tuesday, which reveals that this amendment to the Court's law is a first step towards a broader change.
