Eleven districts of mainland Portugal are under a yellow warning this Tuesday because of forecast occasionally heavy rain, the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA) says. The districts of Viana do Castelo and Braga were placed under a yellow warning from 21:00 on Monday until 09:00 on Tuesday for rain and strong winds.
