Finance Minister Joaquim Miranda Sarmento has not committed to raising the minimum wage to 1,600 euros, as advocated by Prime Minister Luís Montenegro. “The target is what is in the electoral programme and the Government's programme,” he stated this Friday from Brussels, following the Ecofin meeting.
