Ventura won in the poorest municipalities, Seguro in the richest
Among the municipalities with the lowest per capita purchasing power, André Ventura was the clear winner, taking the three poorest municipalities: Porto Moniz (29.07%), Ponta do Sol (36.18%), Tabuaço (34.22%).
