President of the Portuguese Parliament warns of threats to European democracies
The President of the Assembly of the Republic, José Pedro Aguiar-Branco, said today that “threats to European democracies” are “one of the biggest challenges” facing the European Union (EU), arguing that the solution is not limited to “security and defence”.
