Verbos Imaculados has acquired full ownership of Notícias Ilimitadas and Rádio Notícias, the parent companies of JN, O Jogo, and TSF, following the completion of an agreement that sees Global Notícias exit its shareholding. The agreement altering the ownership structure of Notícias Ilimitadas and Rádio Notícias is now concluded.
