The ReVentures group has invested 225 million euros in Club65, a housing project with services for those over 65, which will initially feature 900 apartments in Lisbon and Porto. Club65 is described as the country's first 'senior independent living' solution, with the first phase including seven developments across both cities. The first opening is scheduled for April 2027 in Lapa, with the remaining sites launching by the first half of 2029. The project offers apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom units, including essential services such as maintenance, security, and emergency response, alongside amenities like gyms, pools, and gardens. Hugo Gonçalves Pereira, CEO of ReVentures, stated the goal is to redefine this stage of life with freedom and comfort in city centres.
