The Luxembourg Commercial Court has ruled that Pharol (formerly PT SGPS) does not have to return any amounts to Espírito Santo Internacional (ESI) on behalf of the former company Rioforte. ESI will appeal the decision, as communicated to the market today. The Luxembourg Commercial Court decided that Pharol did not and does not have to return any amounts.
