Qatar's capital will host the third edition of the Web Summit from this Sunday, and it will set a record for the number of national companies attending. More than 20 Portuguese startups will be in Doha until next Wednesday to seek business opportunities at the tech conference, which will bring together around 30,000 people, including investors and founders.
