The beginning of next week will still see light rain, but temperatures are expected to rise, potentially reaching near 30°C by Friday (17 April), according to the Portuguese Institute for Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA). The forecast indicates light rain on Monday and Tuesday, especially on the west coast, with a possibility of snow in the highest parts of the Serra da Estrela on Monday. Following this, dry weather and a gradual increase in temperatures are expected, with values rising above the seasonal average for most of the country. Thermometers are expected to reach between 9 and 19°C on Tuesday, while maximum temperatures on Friday are forecast to range between 18 and 28°C.
