The Competition, Regulation and Supervision Court (TCRS) overturned a decision by the Lisbon Court of Appeal and ruled in favour of EDP and Modelo Continente, finding that the administrative offence proceedings brought by the Competition Authority (AdC) regarding a non-compete agreement made in 2012, as part of a commercial partnership, have expired.
