The United Nations Secretary-General announced this Friday the creation of a working group to facilitate the trade of fertilizers and the movement of related raw materials. The Portuguese official Jorge Moreira da Silva, current Under-Secretary-General and head of the UN Office for Project Services, will lead this new mechanism.
