Insecurity has led to a sharp decline in ship traffic in the Strait of Hormuz. Among the many oil tankers that have not risked passage so far is a Portuguese-flagged ship, which took on oil from Saudi Aramco days before the Ras Tanura refinery was targeted by Iranian drones.
