Uber has decided to acquire Blacklane, a Berlin-based chauffeur booking platform, signaling a shift in its strategy by giving more prominence to the premium segment. According to Bloomberg, the American company has agreed to purchase the German platform, which is present in over 500 cities and 60 countries (including Portugal).
