Distance learning gains ground, but in-person format resists in 'soft skills'

Distance learning has become the preferred model for over half of trainees at Galileu, a training company under the Rumos group. Despite this shift, in-person training is still viewed as more beneficial for developing human and personal skills, according to Cláudia Vicente, the general director, in an interview with ECO.
