In August, New Yorkers Vampire Weekend, approaching 20 years of career (how is that even possible?!), played their ninth concert in Portugal at the Paredes de Coura festival. They were the day’s most anticipated act and lived up to the billing with a rich, musically multifaceted show, driven by a large band able to satisfy every taste, from afrobeat to polished pop.
