Portugal will participate in the creation of a special tribunal for war crimes in Ukraine, announced Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel in parliament this Wednesday. “Portugal now has full participation here, which is a very important development,” said the head of diplomacy during a hearing by the parliamentary committee on Foreign Affairs.
