The European Parliament rejects the idea that Cohesion Policy and the Common Agricultural Policy should be compromised to address the European Commission's new priorities. Therefore, it proposes a 10% increase in the next multiannual financial framework, achieved by fully allocating 1.27% of the European Union's Gross National Income (GNI) to it.
