Four years after coming into force, the Assembly of the Republic will discuss seven initiatives on the foundations of climate policy. While PS, PAN and Livre want to implement what remains outstanding, IL wants to 'simplify' the law, but the proposal is being criticised as a 'significant setback' and as resulting from 'ideological blindness'.
